The police are looking for a man who broke into a series of fast food restaurants in Queens two months ago and stole cash.

The first incident took place on June 9 when the suspect broke into a Dunkin Donuts, located at 61-03 Flushing Ave., through a drive-through window at around 5 a.m. and took $1,500 in cash. The police have surveillance video of the suspect– a white man–leaving the scene on a bicycle.

The perpetrator struck again on Thursday, June 11 when he entered a Boston Market, located at 50-01 Queens Blvd., by breaking a side door at around 7 a.m. The suspect, however, failed to take any property.

A little over a week later, the suspect burglarized a Subway Restaurant, located at 100-21 Queens Blvd., at around 1 a.m. on June 19. The man smashed the front window to gain entry and then took $150 cash from the register.

Days later, just before midnight on June 21, the suspect broke into a deli at 89-02 Queens Blvd. by throwing an object through the front glass door. The suspect took $150 in cash and cartons of cigarettes. In this incident, another individual acted as a lookout.

Anyone with information in regard to these burglaries is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
