Woman Sought in Connection with Woodside Baby Abandonment

Police are looking for a young woman named Cathy Lu in relation to a baby who was left behind a building in Woodside Houses last week.

Lu is wanted for questioning, authorities said.

Those with information should contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), by visiting nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting 274637 (CRIMES) and then entering “TIP577.”

I knew this girl in high school. Does anyone know if she is the mother of the abandon baby???
