Two Men Wanted for Grand Larceny in Woodside

NYPD

Aug. 7, 2019 By Allie Griffin

The NYPD is looking to question two men following the theft a 41-year-old woman’s wallet.

The victim reported her wallet lost to police on July 18 and said it had gone missing the day prior, police said.

After investigating, the police learned that the same day the wallet disappeared, two unidentified men made about $750 worth of unauthorized charges on two of her credit cards at various locations.

The NYPD has released the above photo of the suspects using the victim’s credit card at a Dunkin Donuts at 68-09 Queens Blvd. in Woodside.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of these males is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or on Twitter @NYPDTips.

Why would anyone suspect these two gentleman, one wearing a very classy durag, other in wife beater with manboobs?

Sometimes people say don’t judge a book by it’s cover but some rags are apparently nothing but rags, you can spot them from a mile away.

Stores do not check credit cards during purchases for the very same reason you don’t use question marks.

They look like two fine upstanding citizens, I can’t imagine that they would be involved in any such nefarious activity.

Ray. You are so detached from reality. These two homeboys are poster boys for why store clerks should profile and ask for ID when a credit card is presented.

Oh, Lily

Katz is no bargain but Caban seemed very fond of criminals. This is not what Queens needed! Lasak would have been a better choice.

Old Lily is that related to this post?

Grand larceny would have still been illegal under Caban. Copy and paste this rant on a different article?

Good to have friends in high places.

Half of the crims might have been part of her family and friends.

Thank goodness Caban lost. Under her reform policies, thief’s like those two, when caught (and they will be by this time tomorrow) will be free and allowed to commit crimes again.

You don't need to use apostrophes to pluralize words

So you don’t understand 2nd grade grammar, but you understand criminal justice reform?

Not paying taxes makes you smart like Trump

What’s wrong with that? Trump bragged he doesn’t pay any taxes at all.

Hopefully no Trump voters are critical of people that don’t pay taxes; can you imagine being such a giant hypocrite?!

LIC Direct

You can Thank Jimmy Van Bramer for that. Just check his Section 501(c)(4) Political Donation Fund and see who he has been taking money from. Has he been accepting donations from Homeless Shelter Syndicate who has a lock-in through numerous not-for-profits that lease the shelters, provide drug addiction counseling, food, all double and triple billing the city and us the tax-payers to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars per year – it’s the biggest scam going. JVB is complicit and his inaction is responsible for the flooding LIC, Blissville and Woodside with Homeless Hotel shelters. All the money going to his campaign fund for his run for Queens Borough President is payback for his inaction – all he has to say is this is not my fault.

Jonathan, I would suspect the one by LIE service road right off the Greenpoint exit. The old howard johnson, was it? Every single day as I bike by there are numerous sketchy looking people just hanging around, you can tell they are up to no good.
