Stray Cats Come to Sunnyside

Sept. 26, 2009 Staff Report

The SaveKitty Foundation, a New York-based cat rescue group, is showcasing some of its abandoned kittens today– outside Super Doggy Wonder Kitty on 43rd Street (by 43rd Ave).

The group will be there all day Saturday and aims to place as many cats in homes as possible. If you are unable to get there (but are interested in adopting a kitten), you should go to the group’s website at: http://www.savekitty.org

FYI: There will be another group tomorrow (Sunday) looking to find homes for cats too. This group will also be at Super Doggy Wonder Kitty.
