Commercial real estate on Skillman Ave. is up for rent.
The retail space, located between 45th and 46th streets, is on the market for $3,500 per month, according to a well-placed source.
Supposedly, the property owner and the owner of a spa business are currently in negotiations. The spa business owner has plans to invest heavily in the business, according to that source.
