Protesters held a rally outside the Bayside home of New York City Police Benevolent Association President Pat Lynch Wednesday night.
Dozens of Black Lives Matter demonstrators turned out to show their disdain for Lynch whose union last week endorsed President Donald Trump for this year’s November election.
The protesters were greeted by a large number of cops who had set up barricades on the street.
The event went on for a little over an hour, with protesters on megaphones lambasting Lynch and the NYPD calling them racists and murderers.
Lynch released a statement following the rally.
“New York City police officers will protect your right to protest wherever it can be done safely and legally, including in front of my house,” Lynch said.
“But these protesters should realize they are wasting their time. Their campaign of harassment and intimidation might have the politicians running scared, but it will have zero impact on the PBA.”

Only real surprise here is that Lynch actually lives in NYC. Bayside sounds about right. Probably pretty chummy with the Whitestone Wolverine?
Lynch will never change, however, he seems to be speeding towards the demise and dismantling of his own union which should be the first thing to go when remaking the NYPD from the ground up. Having a guy with an IQ of about 75 at the helm of something like that screams for the need to completely gut renovate the department and its leadership. Change is coming, Pat! Better pull over, you’re running on empty.

Interview people that live in high crime neighborhoods that need police protection. Most of these protesters do not live in Harlem, E. New York, Jamaica Queens or the Bronx, where alongside criminals live hard working people. New Yorkers want safe neighborhoods. I’m speaking from experience. I’m an immigrant, who grew up in NYC projects, went to college and worked hard to have the job that I have. Living in a high crime neighborhood in the past, my family and I are so thankful for the protection the police provided.
Meanwhile, people are being robbed, harassed, assaulted and shot at by criminals on the other side of town. Love all those social media vids were people are coming out of there homes in minority neighborhoods and kicking these protesters out of their communities. Shutting them down and telling them they only care when its a white cop and that defunding the police makes some of their communities more violent.

Please sir, read the Senate Intel report and the Mueller report. Mueller concluded that there is no evidence that Trump colluded with Russia after an exhaustive investigation. The Senate committee “found absolutely no evidence that then-candidate Donald Trump or his campaign colluded with the Russian government to meddle in the 2016 election,”
The Mueller report states there are at least 10 incidents of Conspiracy, “collusion”. They were not pursued by Mueller because the crimes were outside the scope of Mueller’s investigation.

In addition majority of illegal immigrants with children birthed in US (not DACA) using federal welfare programs, exploiting Medicaid, food-stamps and WIC program. What has Trump said about taking control of the streets ? We need a candidate democrat or Republican who will address the root of these issues. Why are housing projects not ordered to diversify? People living in housing projects who engage in any criminal activity should be evicted. Stricter sentences not softer for felons. This is a good start.
