Police Looking for Man who Broke into LIC Gas Station and Stole $200 plus scratch-offs

Police are looking for a man who broke into a store at a gas station in Long Island City two weeks ago and took off with cash and scratch-offs.

The alleged burglar used a rock to smash in the glass door of an ExxonMobil located at 35-15 Greenpoint Ave. around 1 a.m. on March 27, police said.

Once inside, he grabbed $200 and an unknown number of scratch off lotto tickets. He then fled in an unknown direction, according to police.
