wonderful news- hope the rents go up even more as the broader neighborhood becomes more gentrified and drives out all the moaners who complain about crowding and rent cost

WHERE IS VAN BRAMER?
Here comes a huge hotel!!!!
Will the hotel provide bicycles for its patrons to get into the city since the 7 train is already overcrowded?

The building has no charm. Just ridiculous. If a cardboard box was being torn down you would wax poetic.

It’s a shame. This building has quite a lot of charm and character. There’s no way it can be repurposed? Unfortunately, I’m certain they’ll throw up some other monstrosity in its place.

Amy is right- all you ever do is complain about developers and the cost of rent & how they are tearing down the neighbourhood…its called progress. its an ugly brick building with metal grates over the bottom windows if thats what you call charm then go back to the eastern bloc.purchase your own damn building with all the characteristics that you seem to think have character. Good lord what a pack of do nothing moaners you lot are.
