Commercial real estate on Skillman Ave. is up for rent.

The retail space, located between 45th and 46th streets, is on the market for $3,500 per month, according to a well-placed source.

Supposedly, the property owner and the owner of a spa business are currently in negotiations. The spa business owner has plans to invest heavily in the business, according to that source.

They must be joking! There’s not enough pedestrian traffic on Skillman Avenue to justify that kind of rent.
