The bar, located next to the 46th Street subway stop on Queens Blvd (North), is listed for $89,000.

I hope this place doesn’t go. As for Andy above, you just agreed that no one wanted to listen to your “originals.” There have been some top class bands that did play originals though but only if they are well known and actually write good music.
agreed. I played good originals there and people didn’t care, they wanted bon jovi covers or something, claiming “this is queens”
They should have had original music and maybe some Irish music there instead of lousy cover bands. There are plenty of musicians and people who appreciate real music in the area. It could have been a great place.
