A man broke into Woodside Laundromat Tuesday, grabbed $20 cash and then brandished a knife when the owner went to confront him, police said.
The suspect pried open the front door at Lung Fai Laundromat, located at 58-07 Woodside Avenue, at about 7:00 am yesterday and went behind the counter and took $20 from the cash draw. He then displayed a knife when the owner began to question him, before he fled, according to police.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male who was last seen baseball cap, white sneakers and black jeans.
