Bank of America Progresses

After a nine month delay, Bank of America is finally making steps toward opening.

The delay was caused by the bank’s difficulty in obtaining permits, one worker told me.

I bet you that corner will be lit by bright red neon lights all night long! Have you ever seen that BofA in Union Square? It has blaring red lights all the time. Poor residents living next door!
