Manolo’s, the Mexican restaurant located on the corner of Greenpoint Avenue and 47th Street, has been shut down by court order due to narcotics related activity.

A court order prohibits the store owners from removing items from the premises.

might explain how they were even able to stay open more than a month… I never saw more than one table occupied, and the food was more expensive than De Mole and not as good. That whole stretch (manolos, internet cafe and mexican bar) are now for rent.
