Police are searching for two suspects who stabbed a man during an attempted robbery in Woodside Saturday.
The two perpetrators approached the victim, 27, from behind while he was walking outside 41-37 71st St. at around 9:55 p.m. and demanded cash, according to police
When the victim refused, one of the suspects pulled out a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the abdomen, police said.
The assailants then fled the scene on foot southbound along 71st Street, police said.
The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in a stable condition and is expected to survive the attack, cops said.
The suspects, who are described as Hispanic males, did not steal anything from the victim and the investigation is ongoing, police said.

This is not Woodside, it’s Jackson Heights
Did I miss any trite talking points?
Hey! It’s unfair for them when they commit so many crimes that paying bail is just not an option anymore. And yes criminal laws are racist, as well.
Blue Lives Matter!
Why do you say that only blue lives matter?
Good point though, I wish the Capitol rioters respected police as much as you do.
The same respect should have been shown by Eric Gardner, Mike Brown, and the rest of the innocent saints who are now regarded as heroes. If they did, they would be in jail or still committing crimes.
What about them? They didn’t murder police at the Capitol like the rioters did.
Not all conservatives are confederate flag waving, Trump loving loons. Much like some of the commenters here, we are just purveyors of common sense.
