Police are searching for a man wanted for an armed robbery of a Jackson Heights gas station Monday night.

On April 13, at around 11:40 p.m., the suspect entered the BP Gas Station, located at 75-15 Northern Blvd. and wielded a firearm at staff, according to police.

The suspect went behind the counter and demanded money from a 51-year-old employee. He stole the worker’s cell phone and a drawer full of business papers, police said. No cash was reportedly taken.

The assailant then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The thief was wearing a black sports jacket, a black hat and a red pair of gloves.

Police have released CCTV images of the suspect wanted for questioning.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

I am wondering if it the same suspect who robbed the bank twice. Maybe they got a haircut or the curly red hair is up in a ponytail. How tall is the suspect? Can we get a full body pic so we can look at the pants below the belt line.
