A female MTA worker was punched in the face while aboard a 7 train at the 69 Street subway station last month, police said.
The victim, a 39-year-old train conductor, was struck in the face through an open car window while the train was stationary at the 69 Street station on Dec. 21 around 10:30 a.m.
The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction, according to police.
The victim was later taken to Lenox Hill Healthplex Hospital with swelling and pain to her face.
Police have released photos and footage of the suspect captured at the 74th Street 7-train station.
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this individual is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

When are the police going to be put on the trains and platforms? Great job Chirlaine’s group is doing to get the mentally ill off the streets. She’s a bigger fraud than her husband. I hope the conductor heals not only physically, but emotionally.
I hope its more than that. Chirlaine has been funneling those billions of dollars somewhere, and its not in NYC. I hope the feds are investigating where her hubby got the funds to run for president. I bet he laundered it from her org.
She have the same pink bag?
In Bill DeBlasio and Andrew Cuomo’s New York, nothing will happen to this violent perp. He will get a free metrocard and Mets tickets!
I’d like to know Pat (Patty D) Dorfman’s opinion on this matter.
Those people are responsible for trains being late often. They take forever to close the doors!
Even if they catch him, due to the recent changes in the law, he’d probably be released immediately. And there’d be people who’d say he’s a victim himself.
Why is that we hear about it a month later?
That’s messed up. You dont punch a train operator they just taking orders. Everyone knows you punch bus drivers only
Using violence against people as a joke, hilarious
this would never happen in Britain
