Police are searching for a pair of robbers who broke into a Woodside home last week after a burglary spree throughout Queens beginning in January.

Police say that at around 7 p.m. on Feb. 12, two men broke into a home near 67th Street and 50th Avenue by forcing open the rear window.

Once the duo were inside the house, they stole pieces of jewelry belonging to a 62-year-old resident, along with $300 in cash, police say.

The incident follows nine prior burglaries through Jackson Heights and Maspeth, where the thieves have stolen more than $45,000 in cash and items like jewelry and clothing, according to police.

The suspects are described as male, and carrying backpacks and masks over their faces, police say. The two wore dark colored clothing at the time of the burglaries.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

All calls are strictly confidential.
