Paridise Lost?

Paridise Cafe Billards, the large pool hall at 38-04 48th Street, is on the block.
The owner is looking to sell the business for $499,000.

The property is huge. It’s 28,000 sq feet, with 26 billard tables and several ping pong tables. However, the owner did not state whether it was a profitable business or not.

Paridise is not the only pool hall in the neighborhood. The other is Master Billiards, at 3901 Queens Blvd.
