Fire Breaks Out in Sunnyside Apartment Building, No Injuries

A fire broke out on the third floor of an apartment building on the corner of 48th Street and 43rd Avenue this morning, according to the FDNY.

The FDNY received a call at 11:43 am and the fire was brought under control by 12:06 pm, according to the press office. There were no injuries.

Sixty firefighters arrived on the scene to put out the fire.

An FDNY spokesman said that the cause of the fire had yet to be determined.
