Temporary Sunnyside Library to Close

May 2, 2009 Staff Report

With the renovation of the Sunnyside library near completion, the small space that has housed a temporary library will close May 7.

The substitute library has been in operation since November, when operations began to repair the main library. The tiny space has provided Sunnyside locals with the ability to get access to a limited number of books.

While the temporary library closes, Sunnyside library users will have access to a book bus on Thursday between 10 am – 6 pm until it reopens. The library is scheduled to be reopened mid June.
