The police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole a man’s wallet in Woodside and then used the victim’s credit card at McDonald’s.

The victim discovered that his wallet had been stolen as he exited the 7 train at the 61st Street & Woodside Avenue Subway Station (108 Pct.), according to police. The incident occurred on the evening of Sunday, Sept. 29.

The alleged perpetrator used the victim’s stolen credit card to purchase two $25 gift cards from a McDonald’s, located in the vicinity of West 39th Street and 7th Avenue (MTS Pct.), and again to purchase four metro cards from a machine located at the Times Square Subway Station (MTS Pct.).

The suspect is described as being 20-25 years old, 5’10” with a thin build.

hey that looks like p diddy! BTW maybe the gift cards are for gifts, its called a gift card. In court diddy just has to say hes a vegetarian and theres doubt and hes free. diddy say it aint so?

A Brooklyn man was indicted by a Queens grand jury on charges of manslaughter, drunk driving and other crimes for a fatal collision in Astoria that killed his long-time girlfriend and mother of their young child in February.

Ray Perez, 27, of Caton Avenue in Flatbush, was arraigned Thursday in Queens Supreme Court on a 13-count indictment charging him with vehicular manslaughter for allegedly speeding through a stop sign in Astoria, colliding with another vehicle and slamming into two parked cars, and then driving nearly four miles away to a street in Maspeth before seeking help for his 29-year-old girlfriend Bridget Enriquez, who later succumbed to her injuries.
