“the rent is $1,200”
Is this really necessary info???
Seriously, what kind of reporting is this?

Some good investigative questions:
– how long have you been a dry cleaner?
– do you live in sunnyside?
– do you have any special tricks for getting stains out of collars?

Why the hell do you ask how much the rent is?

Was the decision to have “Dry Cleaners” not centered on the (very VERY yellow) awning part of an artistic choice?
