An employee for the office of the NYC Comptroller was arrested on Thursday and charged with forcible touching after allegedly touching a woman aboard a 7 train, according to police.

Raza Qaisar, 59, was arrested on Oct. 5 at approximately 5:10 p.m. and charged after an incident late September where he allegedly touched a 30-year-old woman’s rear repeatedly while aboard a Manhattan-bound 7 train, police said.

Qaisar is alleged to have left the train after it pulled into the Willets Point station in Flushing.

Qaisar’s charges include harassment, forcible touching on a bus or train, and sexual abuse in the third degree. He is due to appear at the Queens Criminal Court on Nov. 20.

Glad the police caught him. Now, lock him away for good! They need to catch all the pervs on the 7 train.

I’m sorry but I think men who do things like this and hold good jobs have a serious problem and need help. I think its a mental illness.

So he got arrested at exactly the same time, 5:10pm, as the offence allegedly took place. Coincidence or simply bad editing?
