Inconceivable to leave someone lying in the street. At 9:00 pm there is not a lot of traffic on that block. He could have been there for quite a while in the brutal cold. Very sad.

I’m sure a cyclist caused this, somehow. Right? Because, you know, they’re causing all the problems.

How about sending some good thoughts and vibes to the poor guy who was hit instead of making this about your anger issues?

I don’t believe in “thoughts and vibes.” I don’t believe in prayers either. Of course my sympathies are with the victim. The at-best reckless driver is to blame and should be severely punished.

I’d like to see better enforcement against automobile drivers who routinely and with impunity flout the laws. Cyclists do it too, but cars are far more dangerous.

A lot of hit n runs, I wish one could find out someway in this sanctuary city of ours, of the drivers that are eventually caught, how many are illegal immigrants…

Facts not Feelings

Undocumented immigrants (and immigrants generally) are less likely to commit crimes. This is statistical fact, and extrapolating undocumented immigrants’ general distrust/fear of law enforcement, this makes sense.

Illegal alien is the term, funny how many Mexicans, including their government scream about us, but act 10 times worse to illegals coming up from Central American in their own country.

How would the concept of “illegal aliens” apply to our ancestors? Did they apply and get papers from the Lenni Lenape people who preceded them here in what is now but was not always and will not always be Queens?

Gee, thanks for that important correction. It really changed the meaning of the story. The NY Post can use you.
