I don’t believe half of these unless they have proof, what will they do when they catch this guy? Her word against his? Waste of police force. Unless there are strangers/commuters who can back up this woman’s story, you just posted a picture of an innocent man online and his son/daughter/wife/etc will feel ashamed for no reason. The real crime is posting pictures of “alleged” suspects (double whammy) without any evidence.

the good news is that if he is innocent, he can sue all of the media outlets for defamation.

Duno why Sunnyside Post approves these comments with useless apologies for potential harassers and in addition to the typically coded racial language.

I’m trying to imagine being the woman who made the report, then seeing it here on this site, then reading the comments. If someone pulled this type of BS w/ someone I know — I’d stick up for them. Sad there are seemingly so many cowards nearby.

Yes the 7 gets packed but the arm not holding a pole or your phone stays down, palm in. That’s how you consciously avoid these incidents.

I’m not going to say that this man did not do it.
He looks guilty.
But I would like to bring the reader’s attention to the fact that during rush hour women and men alike get touched during rush hour whether we like it or not. Not to mention that most people have no idea where to put their hands in a packed train, and people get shoved into other peoples.
