Join the Woodside-Sunnyside Runners for a bi-weekly running-focused bootcamp workout designed and organized by a certified running coach. We aim for a safe and challenging environment by remaining within and around Windmuller and Doughboy Parks in Woodside, starting at 8:15am and lasting for about 30 minutes.
Please be prepared for a good amount of running – sprints, stairs, hills and other things you probably wouldn’t normally do. We’ll also do squats, crunches and various types of push-ups to round out the workout and show us which muscles we don’t use often enough. The workout will be challenging but not impossible if you are able to run 3-4 miles without a great deal of difficulty (regardless of pace).
