Celtic Cardio is the NEW exciting way to get or stay fit for people of all ages!!
We have broke the mold of strict traditional Irish dance to develop an innovative and exciting dance fitness class suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
Taught by former champion Irish dancers who know how to have FUN while staying fit, these classes are for all levels of experience.Celtic Cardio utilizes basic Irish dance movement (no experience needed) and uplifting and lively Celtic and Irish music to provide a fun memorable dance fitness experience.
Queens area (Sunnyside/Woodside) classes are forming now.
