celtic Cardio: Irish Dance based fitness classes

Celtic Cardio is a 45 minute dance fitness class based on basic traditional Irish dance movements and steps (no dance experience needed) & mixed with aerobic arms and stretches. All steps are set to uplifting and lively Celtic and Irish music.
‘Drop in’s’ are always welcome and 5 class cards are also available.
