Opinion: Stop the Queens Blvd zoning proposal

Sunnyside residents must convince their local legislators and community board representatives that the proposed zoning changes to Queens Blvd (between 39th Place and 50th Street) will cause irreparable harm to the neighborhood.

Sunnyside Chamber’s site looks good, but offers nothing new

The Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce and Sunnyside Shines both went live earlier this month with their upgraded websites.
The Sunnyside Chamber’s site is a vast improvement on its old site, with a swept-up look and some nice touches. The site is located at http://www.sunnysidechamber.org/beta (not to be confused with the old site at http://www.sunnysidechamber.org)
