Woodside woman charged with murder
A Woodside woman who violently shook a baby boy to his death has been charged with murder, according to public records.
Yohani Moran, 37, of 35-47 64th Street was initially charged with felony assault for shaking Dilan Criollo, the nine-month-old boy whom she was babysitting. Dilan was admitted to the hospital with severe brain and eye injuries and swelling of the brain. The child has since died and her charges were upgraded to murder.

Moran’s case is one of four baby-beatings that have occured in Queens in the past month. Two have led to death.
