Sunnyside Landlord Ordered to Restore Superintendents

a word of warning: don’t rent from a vantage bldg. you won’t get any response if you need major repairs, such as if your bathroom ceiling is falling in cause your upstairs neighbor flooded his bathroom. our super was great, but anything through the company is a nightmare.
to sum up the 24hr number: after 5 the only guy that answers is Jackson the security guard. Think he can help if you need emergency repairs?
